This super simple and tasty Mixed Frozen Fruit Smoothie recipe is super versatile and includes fruit and leafy greens! The recipe notes include ways for you to change the smoothie based on whatever ingredients are available.
1 1/4 cup frozen fruit blend (must include either mango or banana for creaminess, or you can add avocado -- see notes)
1/3 cup coconut yogurt
2 Tablespoons hemp seed (or ground flax)
1/2 cup plant-based milk (I used almond milk)
1/4 cup coconut water
1 large handful of spinach
1 Tablespoon almond butter
