Start your morning with this refreshing Peach Mango Green Smoothie for a healthy breakfast pick-me-up. It’s loaded with frozen peaches and mangoes for a quick and easy smoothie recipe. An extra-large handful of fresh spinach blended with the fruit, non-dairy milk, flaxseed, and almond butter delivers a super healthy green smoothie that’s also delicious.


Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup frozen peaches
  • 1 1/4 cup frozen diced mango
  • 2-3 cups fresh raw spinach (about 1 large handful)
  • 1 ½ cups almond or other plant-based milk
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • ¼ cup (4 tablespoonsalmond butter
  • Optional: a sprinkle of turmeric and cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the blender: Add the liquids first, followed by the spinach, frozen fruit, and all remaining ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend: Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add more liquid to thin if desired, or more frozen fruit if you like it thicker.
