Ingredients

  • cup frozen peaches
  • 1 ¼ cup frozen diced mango
  • 2-3 cups fresh raw spinach about 1 large handful
  • 1 ½ cups almond or other plant-based milk
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • ¼ cup 4 tablespoons almond butter
  • Optional: a sprinkle of turmeric and cinnamon

Instructions

  • Prepare the blender: Add the liquids first, followed by the spinach, frozen fruit, and all remaining ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend: Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add more liquid to thin if desired, or more frozen fruit if you like it thicker.
