Ingredients

  • 1 12-ounce can sweetened condensed milk , regular or coconut will work
  • 6 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • Pumpkin Creamer: Add all ingredients to a small bowl or jar. Whisk or stir until well-combined. If using sweetened condensed coconut milk at a cool temperature, the texture may be thick but it melts right into your hot coffee.
  • Pumpkin Coffee: Add 3 tablespoons of creamer to an 8-12 ounce coffee. Adjust to taste and enjoy!

Notes

Storage: Store any leftover Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7-10 days.
Dairy-Free + Vegan: For a dairy-free version, use Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk. I specifically recommend Nature's Charm brand because the size of the can, grams of fat, and sugar content closely mimic traditional Sweetened condensed milk. That is not the case with some of the other brands (including the Let's Do Organic Brand) and I cannot guarantee good results with other brands.
