Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer with Sweetened Condensed Milk

This rich, no-cook pumpkin spice coffee creamer is made with sweetened condensed milk, real pumpkin purée, and pumpkin pie spice. It takes just 5 minutes and includes a tested dairy-free option.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk (320 grams)
  • 6 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • Combine: Add the sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin purée and pumpkin pie spice to a bowl or jar.
  • Mix: Whisk or stir until evenly combined and no streaks of pumpkin remain. The dairy-free version may be especially thick when cold.
  • Serve: Add 3 tablespoons to an 8–12-ounce cup of coffee and stir. Adjust the amount to taste.
  • Store: Refrigerate in a sealed container and shake or stir before each use.

Notes

Dairy-free and vegan: Use one 11.25-ounce (320-gram) can of Nature’s Charm Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk. 
Serving size: Start with 3 tablespoons of creamer per 8–12 ounces of coffee and adjust to taste.
Make mornings faster: Portion 3 tablespoons of creamer into individual small jars. Add hot coffee directly to a jar, stir, and enjoy.
