Vegan Parmesan Cheese (no nuts)

This tasty Nut Free Vegan Parmesan Cheese will add that extra special somethin' to your meal! We add it to pastas, pizzas, salads, and anything needing an extra burst of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together. Store in an airtight jar at room temperature.

Notes

Storage: Nutritional yeast on its own can last up to two years as long as it is kept dry in an airtight container. This Vegan Parmesan Cheese will last just as long under the same conditions!
Just like regular parmesan cheese, it's not the best on its own. This vegan version is best sprinkled over your food. I like it on pastas, pizzas, and salads especially.
You can add extra richness and texture with hemp seeds to taste.
