I haven't always had a sweetie to share my Gluten Free Valentine's Day recipes with, but that doesn't stop me from treating myself! At the very least, I always enjoy the excuse for a little extra chocolate and time for self-care. However, as a gluten-free eater, I spend a lot of time cooking and worrying about food - the thought of a big complicated meal just seems exhausting! This post has 8 easy, delicious, and decadent Gluten Free Valentine's Day recipes that don't cause a fuss and are perfect for sharing or for yourself!

    This post features:

    • Easy & delicious meals
    • One-bowl desserts
    • The coveted peanut butter + chocolate combination (just not how you'd expect!)

Easy Gluten Free Valentine's Day Meals:

Roasted Chicken Fajita Bowl (a.k.a. - Chicken Chipotle Burrito Bowl made at home)

This 30-minute hands-off dish is perfect for anyone who loves the fast food chain Chipotle or a good hearty burrito bowl! It's also the quickest to throw together, especially if you chop the veggies the night before.

    Thai Red Curry Soup

Exotic, delicious, and a little more hands-on, this Thai Red Curry soup is perfect if you're looking for something a little extra special! We make it for birthdays and special occasions, and it's a favorite for dinner parties.

    Oven Roasted Peanut Stir Fry

This super easy, foolproof Peanut Sauce "Stir-Fry" is baked rather than fried, and perfect for date night and your weekly meal prep (we call that a win-win here at VgF!). There are a few more ingredients in this recipe, but the peanut sauce comes together almost instantly so it is no more complicated than the easiest recipes on this site!

    Indulgent One-Bowl Valentine's Day Desserts

Heavenly Double Chocolate Brownies (grain free + dairy free + paleo)

We make these ALL the time to share with friends, family, and coworkers, so you know you can't go wrong with this decadent chocolate recipe! We think the picture says it all...

Gluten Free Blondies (grain free + dairy free + paleo)

Looking for something equally as decadent but a little less chocolate-y than the brownies? These are my favorite dessert recipe on the blog! Blondies were an old favorite prior to gluten-free, and these are even tastier than the original.

What we're making for our Gluten Free Valentine's Day:

This year, we're making chicken with a spicy mole chocolate sauce and our favorite easy one-bowl VgF Peanut Butter Cookies. If all goes well (we like to experiment on holidays), I'll share the recipe with you.

Happy Valentines Day to you, my friend!
